01About the role

DocVerify is entering a high-growth phase with strong product-market fit in fintech, lending, insurance, and compliance automation. As Sales Manager, you'll be our first dedicated sales hire — building the enterprise pipeline from scratch, closing deals with fraud and compliance teams, and shaping how we package and position DocVerify for large organizations. You'll work directly with the founders and have significant influence on pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.

02What you'll do

  • >Build and manage the enterprise sales pipeline from outbound prospecting through close.
  • >Run discovery calls, product demos, and technical deep-dives with fraud, compliance, and engineering teams.
  • >Develop account strategies for target verticals: fintech, lending, insurance, and property management.
  • >Negotiate contracts and close 5-6 figure annual deals.
  • >Collaborate with Product to relay customer feedback and inform the roadmap.
  • >Build repeatable sales playbooks, collateral, and competitive positioning.

03What we're looking for

  • >4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in fintech, security, compliance, or developer tools.
  • >Proven track record of closing 6-figure enterprise deals.
  • >Experience selling technical products to both business and engineering stakeholders.
  • >Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
  • >Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment with minimal process.
  • >Excellent written and verbal communication.

04Nice to have

  • +Domain expertise in fraud detection, KYC/AML, or document verification.
  • +Experience selling API or developer-first products.
  • +Existing network in fintech, lending, or insurance.
  • +Familiarity with PLG + sales-assist hybrid motions.
  • +Experience building a sales function from scratch.
