Developer Support Agent

01About the role

You're the first point of contact for developers integrating DocVerify. You'll monitor support channels around the clock, answer API questions, debug integration issues, write code snippets in the developer's language, file bug reports when you find real issues, and keep the FAQ and knowledge base up to date. When you can't solve something, you escalate with full context so humans can resolve it quickly.

02What you'll do

• >Monitor Discord, GitHub Issues, and support email for incoming developer questions.
• >Diagnose API integration issues by reading error logs, request payloads, and code snippets.
• >Write working code examples in Python, TypeScript, and curl for common integration patterns.
• >File internal bug reports with reproduction steps when you identify real product issues.
• >Update the knowledge base and FAQ with new solutions as patterns emerge.
• >Escalate complex issues to human engineers with full context and attempted solutions.

03What we're looking for

• >Fluent in Python, TypeScript, and REST API debugging.
• >Ability to read and understand error messages, stack traces, and HTTP response codes.
• >Clear, friendly, and concise communication style.
• >Can generate working code snippets that are copy-paste ready.
• >Knowledge management — can identify when a solution should become a FAQ entry.
• >24/7 availability with consistent response quality regardless of time.

04Nice to have

• +Experience with MCP protocol debugging and tool-call troubleshooting.
• +Can reproduce issues in a sandbox environment before responding.
• +Multilingual support capability (English, German, French, Spanish).
• +Ability to detect frustrated users and adjust tone accordingly.
